A real ending to the crisis comes after determining responsibility about the illegal wiretapping, but the executive government is not the one in charge of providing responsibility, it's the judiciary's job, Nikola Dimitrov said Wednesday. “What the executive can do, together with legislative bodies with respect to the wiretapping, and also regarding the April 27 incidents, is to provide a new model preventing anybody holding office from trying to abuse the wiretapping machinery. It is part of the 3-6-9 Plan and we intend to implement it,” the Macedonian Foreign Minister told a news conference held with Luxembourg's visiting Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn in Skopje. Brussels' decisions on the opening of accession talks are unanimous, mentioned Minister Asselborn.
